Push notification not working in Servicenow NOW mobile

Hi All,

 

Push notification not working in Servicenow NOW mobile app every time in push log its showing as failed. 

This is happening in Android mobile.

As per this Servicenow KB article - "Push notification from Servicenow are not processed on the Android device"
