We keep being sent to CORE Groups to get documentation. Does anyone know where we can go to download the Quebec IQ/OQ documentation, or summary docs, when ServiceNow has completed the upgrade?

Hello Tony,
IQ/OQ refers to Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification. These are set of documentations required by GxP regulated organizations.

Mark, This does not really fulfill IQ/OQ. There must be many requests from Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical device for theses documents especially if they are cloud based. Most vendors who have these clients in this work space have these documents. The Quality Testing lab at ServiceNow would have or know where this information is. We have to install another cloud server but nobody can supply us a installation qualification or even a install check list from ServiceNow. Please let me know. Thanks Ed
