Query regarding instance full scan

Hello Community,
I have just performed a full instance scan, and it has generated 1,502 records in the findings. My question is: do we need to address all of these records manually, or is there a specific criteria for determining which ones need to be addressed? Additionally, if we do not address all of the findings, will it cause any issues? Also, regarding the related checks list, do we need to address those as well?

Thanks for the response!! These articles were helpful.

But my question would be, do we need to decide weather we need to make changes or is it up on client as most of the records generated are related to acls or the system properties. 

For which I guess we can't decide that should we take action or not.

if you can fix by following best practices then you should fix those.

It also depends on customer considering project timeline etc
