There is a store task table which extends retail case table. And there are some stores for each store there is store manager and store associate when i login or impersonate as a store manager he is able to see his store details like store task records and also the stores under him, but he is not able to edit the fields in store task form.
I have checked acl there is one write acl on retail case table which requires retail support agent, when i gave that role the store manager able to see all the store records like an admin, the requirement is he should be able to see the records of his store and stores which comes under him. How can i resolve this i need help on this one.
