Does Service Now Support N-2 family releases, I tried looking at this information could not get it. Do we know what EOL for Zurich version

ServiceNow fully supports till N-1 release, but N-2 versions are generally unsupported. ServiceNow's official support policy covers the most recent family release (N) and the immediately previous one (N-1). If your instance falls back to N-2, you must upgrade.
e.g Your Support Entitlement is N-1(Yokohama) for now. With the release of Australia(or the 'N' version) in Q2 2026, Australia will be "N", Zurich will be 'N-1', and Yokohama will be 'N-2'; therefore, Yokohama will be unsupported.
