Request for Assistance with Lost ServiceNow Instance

I hope this message finds you all well. I am writing to request assistance regarding my ServiceNow instance, which I am unable to access. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost access to my instance and would appreciate any help in retrieving it.

Here are the details that I have:

Hi @zaidghnemat 

 

There is no support available for PDI which means, if PDI is lost or reclaimed no one can help to get it back , so you need to request for new PDI only now.

Hi @zaidghnemat ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence, if you have lost it, it's gone for good. Only solution is to request a fresh installation and start from scratch.
