Hi all,
I updated an OOB ITSM "incident" read ACL with the sys_id of be7ff3d1870033000e56d61e36cb0b5b.
This is an ACL without any version history or updates, and it has never been updated by any upgrades. Since I have updated this record, it shows only my updates to the record.
I was wondering what was the best possible way to remove all my updates to the ACL to get it back to OOB?
Thanks,
Richard

you are not seeing anything in versions?
Did you try to delete the custom update?

I'm seeing only my versions that I updated in the ACL.
I didn't try deleting the custom update -- would that be on the sys_update_xml table where I would delete my updates to revert it back?
Thanks,
Best regards,
Richard

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,
I tried to delete my update on sys_update_xml, but the update remained on the ACL and did not remove it from the version history.
Thanks,
Best regards,
Richard
