After changing the Scheduled publish date and publishing content, we can't revise the field for at least 24 hours. Why? This field should be something that we an revise as needed, not something that is fixed and set for 24 hours. Are there any plans to resolve this issue?

This is a change in behavior from what we observed in Tokyo. Of particular concern is that the Recall UI Action does not seem to free the record from the influence of the Business Rule.
