404: The page you are looking for could not be found.

Hello everyone, 

I've recently upgraded my PDI to the recent release Vancouver Patch 2 HotFix 1 and couple plugins activated which resulted in a 404: The page you are looking for could not be found. error when trying to login into my instance.
I tried to reach out to Servicenow support online, unfortunately I could get help.
If anyone can assist please thanks.
ps: I'm hesitating to reset and wipe my instance, cause I don't want to lose my worked data.

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

Have you tried to opened the instance from the https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home?

If you can't open the instance through the developer site, I do not see any other possibilities than reset and wipe the instance.

to get access to my PDI.
