Service operational work space

Hai All,

In  Service operational work space , on the incident table i am unable to select the location  , can help how to populate it . when i was clicked on the location reference field i am unable to find the loactions.as shown in the attached image.

Hi @sekhar6 ,

If you are creating a New Incident from workspace, then open a incident record in native UI and change the view to Service operation Workspace New Record , then go to the location field , right click and open dictionary, finally check for Reference Specification

If you want to check for any other incident records for SOW, then view should be Service Operations Workspace
