Service_viewer role is preventing non-roled from read only access to Business Service Catalog Enter.

Service_viewer role is preventing people without a role from selecting a business service catalog entry from a reference variable on a record producer.  This just started after upgrading to New York in DEV instance.  Any thoughts on how to get around this?  It's quite frustrating..

Same issue here preventing users from reporting against the TASK SLA table due to similar ACL restriction introduced with New York Upgrade.

Does the cmdb_read role need a license?  - KB0826533

• "cmdb_read" is a Requester role and doesn't need any license.

• Add "service_viewer" role to the necessary persons or groups.
