ServiceNow Instance Request

Hello @Servicenow ,

I requested a ServiceNow instance around 10+ days ago, but I haven’t received it yet. I wanted to follow up to check on the current status of my request.

Could you please let me know how much time it usually takes to provision the instance, or if any additional information is needed from my side?

just to confirm did you requested a PDI from this site - https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

Go to this link > sign in > request for an instance.

This does not happen as PDI can be assigned very quickly, Can you share the SS for what it is showing on the screen for better understanding?

Hi @VarunP531597688,

PDI waitlist will be ~24 hours normally, actually PDI availability is capacity-based. There is no guaranteed timeline for waitlist clearance. There is no support for PDI in ServiceNow. 

Since, you waited more than 10 days. So, you can request for new instance.
