After applying Utah Patch 6 links to tickets in email or pasted from the copy url option started to take 2-5 minutes to load. Navigating inside the system did not have the slowness. After "spelunking" the browser console on load, it was noticed that a tinymce plugin.dev.js was not able to load from prefetch. We found that adding and enabling system property glide.uxf.msw.disabled disables the prefetch and the links to tickets started to load as normal.
Has anyone else experienced link slowness after Patch 6?
Anyone have experience with glide.uxf.msw.disabled property?

Hi,
I have also observed issue related to slowness across platform since upgrading to Utah. Have a ticket raised with ServiceNow for the same. But still haven't found any permanent fix yet
Thanks,
Danish

Hello,
I share the same perspective, as what I'm experiencing seems to occurred in conjunction with the Utah upgrade.
Have you received any specific response from support?

Hi @Christian_ ,
We are using WSD module in our environment where for 1 of the floor the Servicenow team has suggested to remove some layers & furniture from certain places n check if it smoothens the performance or not.. As one of the map in wsd is taking bit more time to load.
Fingers crossed.
Thanks,
Danish

I do not have the link to the article but I believe I read that this problem is resolved in Vancouver.
