We are facing an issue with the password reset functionality for LDAP/AD users after updating to Yokohama Patch 4a in our PROD instance since yesterday. Before applying this patch, the functionality was working properly. Currently, we are unable to update user information in both the Dev and PROD environments.
This issue is critical for our operations and please refer to the attached screenshot for details.

Impact: Users are unable to reset their passwords
Could you please help us guidance this issue as soon as possible?

If the cause is the upgrade and it is affecting Production, why not raise a high priority ticket with NowSupport?
