Tables excluded but data missing

Hi ServiceNow folks,

Something strange happened. The tables oauth_credential und oauth_entity are excluded for cloning but our credentials went missing on our dev and qa instance. They didnt even get cloned but just disappeared. Any ideas why that happened?

Raise a hi case, it should not have been wiped out if you preserved it.
ServiceNow may have a backup they can restore it form. ServiceNow dies take backups at regular intervals.

Hi,

did you preserve the data on these tables or exclude them from being clone, if you excluded them then the tables will be blank in target instance.

The data was also preserved. Data from oauth_credential disappeared to be specific....

Raise a hi case, it should not have been wiped out if you preserved it.
