Temporary Instance

I have been trying to get a temporary instance to use as a reference environment for our developers during the upgrade, but the request keeps getting denied, at all levels.

Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Are you referring to the PDI? If yes, what error are you getting? Do you have any screenshots?

Hi Atul,

I am not referring to PDI, I am requesting a clone of the customer's dev instance.

As the delta of update sets is huge, i wanted a temporary instance, so that it can be used as a reference when we put back everything after the clone from prod.

So, you are looking for a new instance from ServiceNow to get everything set back up and keep you updated. In this case, you’ll need to speak with your Account Executive—they’re the only ones who can help with this. I doubt we can request a new instance easily without going through some terms and conditions

yes I tried to get through - got denied 😞

Usually I had requested the temporary instance for 30-40 days - in the past and it was given without questions
