I have been trying to get a temporary instance to use as a reference environment for our developers during the upgrade, but the request keeps getting denied, at all levels.
Is anyone else facing the same issue?

So, you are looking for a new instance from ServiceNow to get everything set back up and keep you updated. In this case, you’ll need to speak with your Account Executive—they’re the only ones who can help with this. I doubt we can request a new instance easily without going through some terms and conditions

Hi Palak,
Obtaining a new sandbox instance depends on the contract you have with ServiceNow. Sandboxes do come with a cost associated so if it is not covered by the contract it will be difficult to get it.
As Atul suggested, you should speak to your Application owner in your company and maybe the ServiceNow account executives on this.
