Testing of Upgrade Activity

Hi Team ,

I want to know the process of testing when instance is getting upgrade so my question is how to do module testing like particularly for incident ,Knowledge ,Problem since our instance got upgrate from Utah to Washington DC so how do i start testing could anyone suggest the exact method or flow of testing .

Hi @Snehal  

 

You can use ATF  which is provided by SN , where you wil get set of test case and if required you can build your own test cases and it is all automation.
