The UI of the instances are different after the Clone

Hi all,

I made a clone from the production instance to the development instance.

After the clone, the UI inside the tickets changes. Different font type; ticket header design; the "Personalized form" icon doesn't open a pop-up anymore; the tags option is on the left and the Activity(Journal) is not in boxes anymore and has plus buttons(Check the attachments).

I read this article: The UI of the instances are different after the Clone - Support and Troubleshooting but I not able to use any of the solution proposed.

Can anyone tell me what I need to copy from the production instance, so the instance could have the same design?

Thanks all.

Hi @Armando Cardos1

The main reason is the mismatch of patches, which might have been applied directly in production but not in development. In your case, since there is a mismatch, try repairing the respective plugin and check again. If the issue persists, please log a new support case with a screenshot.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

What plugin should I re-install?

I have attached some images to identify the issue better.

Hi @Armando Cardos1

Greetings!!

I think the file got corrupted during the clone process or not fully cloned . try repairing the Incident Management plugin. If the issue persists, log a new support case.

Did you find a solution for this? I experienced the same after clone on a sub-prod instance.

Instances have the same patch.
