UAT instance after upgrade to Washington, Agent Workspace is not loading none of the records

Hi team, 

Our UAT instance has been upgraded to Washington, and the Agent Workspace records are not loading, we tested everything in UAT, and it was working fine, but on UAT when you select one of the records, it goes into an endless loading loop. 

Any ideas?

Hi @dani456ni 

 

The reason can be the upgrade was not done fully and few files get missed out or may be there are some conflict in files which need to sort out.

 

- Please check the upgrade logs.

- Try to repair the SOW Plugin as stand alone and then check.

 

if still not work, log a Now Support case.
