Unable to remove evidence from Engagement

In recent days, I am unable to remove the evidence record from the engagement (In audit workspace). When I try that in developer instance its reflects the same. Anyone help to fix this / Tell the core which make this change.

Its showing the pop up to remove, but remove button went disabled.

Hi @ravikumarbalakr ,

I can remove the evidence in my PDI:

This is because if you are creating a Evidence from the current engagement record using "New" button, you cannot remove the same.

However, if you are using "Add Exixting Evidence" , then you can remove the evidence.

In My PDI, when I trying to add 'Existing Evidence It showing empty even evidence records added.
