Atul: 

Support Timeline and Lifecycle

• Release Date: General availability launched on May 5, 2026.

• Support Policy: ServiceNow officially supports the current release (N) and the previous release (N-1).

• End-of-Support Status: The Australia version will reach end-of-support status once two newer family releases succeed it (becoming N-2), typically aligning with standard upgrade lifecycles within 12 to 18 months of release
• Best to speak with Now Support on this

Atul: Generally, it is around one month after the PDI, but there has been no official announcement on this yet.
