I have some question about using the Upgrade Plan.
I would like to use it to move only Skipped Record resolutions and plugin updates.
If I understand correctly, skipped record resolutions are captured in "Global Customizations - Upgrade Plan"?
From what I see in the Upgrade Plan items list, it captures all customizations made to any app. What does Upgrade Plan actually capture apart from skipped records and app updates? How can I move only skipped records and plugin updates?
In the last upgrade I had only 11 skipped records, and updated 4 plugins, but the Upgrade Plan captures customizations in 86 apps, so there are clearly things I don't want to move.
How can I remove the items from the upgrade plan?
From what I understand, I have to set Active to "false" in the Upgrade Plan Item list, but half of my apps refuse this update and show the error "Not allowed - unpublished applications or Maint only plugins are not allowed to be installed via upgrade plan" which seems counter-intuitive, since I am trying to remove the item from the plan, not to install it.
Here is an example after I tried to set "CMDB Agent Workspace" to false.
This means I am unable to remove items from the Plan.
