Recently upgraded from Xanadu to Zurich, and we are noticing the font is much smaller. It isn't the desktop zoom, it is specially ServiceNow post upgrade -for everyone in my instance. Anyone experienced this, and can guide me through increasing the default font size?
Thanks!

Hi there,
Starting from the Fuji release, ServiceNow removed the feature that allowed end users to adjust the font size within the platform. This was done because changing font sizes dynamically often caused DOM reflow issues, which affected the overall user experience and layout stability.
You can find more details about this update here:
That said, if your goal is to customize fonts, you can still do it for the Service Portal.
Here are a few useful resources to help you:

Hope this helps!

I have noticed the same issue. The font is somehow stretched compared to the previous release (Yokohama). I've reached out to support - but they have just replied it works as expected. Completely disappointed.

Looking into it through the browser dev tools, the font seems to have changed from "Lato" to "Lato SN Standard J". I personally don't see a really big difference when comparing pre and post Zurich upgrade instance. But we have it also in our post-upgrade defects list.
