Upgrading my instance to Zurich Version

Hi,

I have been trying to upgrade my instance since 2 days now and it still show upgrading . Any help. Thanks in advance

Hi @waxun,

 

2 days is just way too long... can you still access it? Mine was under maintenance but I tried to log in and it was successfully accessed... if you can get in, try to backup your stuff (update sets or source control <> GitHub, there are tutorials around and it's pretty simple) and after having backup I recommend you to release and request a new one. If you don't have backup and cannot access it, you will lose your stuff. :(( And there's nothing to do as PDIs have no support ://

Thanks for your help. It definitely be painful but I will release it.  Most of the stuff I have are just draft and testing the instance
