Dear Community,
On our Prod we have SSO and on our Dev we don't - we do suncronize with MS AD to add new users to ServiceNow.
I discovered a difference creating users and enabling them to login.
On Prod: Under AD information you will find below we use:
On Dev we have to add // - else user can't login
Dev:
It a challenge each time we clone from Prod to Dev.
Anyone in the Community that knows why, we need to add // to enable the user to login?
Thank you in advance Best regards Helle Hansen

Your screenshots look to be the same. Are you referring to both fields with // in front of them, or just the samaccountname?
Also: if you don't have SSO on DEV, why don't they login with local credentials?
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
