User are unable to export list of records in excel or CSV , and pdf of single record.

Hi

User are not able to download the records as csv or excel.
The number of records are not exceeding the limit , 10 to 15 records.
user are not able download a singal of PDF od single record.

These comes under users daily task. no update has been done in acls 
any suggestion.

Hello @Gurpreet ,

Might be user that you have using has some access issues. Please try using impersonating with another users.

No There is no access issue , one of the user have hr basic and itil role still not able download 10 records of data .
Process we are following :
context header 
>>Export>>csv

What exact issue you are facing after competing the process of export? not asking to save downloaded file in file explorer or any other issue?

When user select on download button, it redirects to a blank page and nothing gets download,
