Changing the sender address used for patching notifications in ServiceNow typically involves adjusting the From / Reply To on the Notification record (by adding the From field to the form layout and setting it explicitly) and ensuring your instance email properties (such as glide.email.user, glide.email.mail_to, and enabling outbound SMTP via glide.email.smtp.active) are correctly configured....

Thank you for your support.
I confirmed both KB(KB0547262 and KB0547254), but Security patch notification email was send to the email that is no setting in both.
Is there another setting that manage notification email?
