Good afternoon,
Forgive me if this has already been asked previously. I don't often use the community pages.
What we are trying to find out is a date when Washington DC release becomes EOL. I have looked on the Snow websites as well as documentation and there is nothing other than their Q4 patching program.
As a medium business we tend to upgrade one version below the bleeding edge releases.
Many thanks

Hi Justin,
WDC is still under support and won't have an EOL date announced until after Yokahoma comes out in the first half of 2025. Vancouver would be the release going end of life if you're on a N-1 support contract

Can I ask for what does GA stand for? I am planning for a update of my instance in 2025 and 2026.
I am struggling with the EOL date of my current instance, Xanadu. Do you have any idea how ServiceNow determine the EOL time?

GA stands for general availability and is the term used when the family version is formally released with support.
EOL is determined based on your contract support level. N-2 is the standard meaning you can only be two family releases behind. As a new release becomes GA, the release which would be N-3 becomes end of life and a force migration is put in place
