I have been trying to get an instance for quite a while a now. 

 

But whenever I am clicking on the version of instance and request, it throwing an error "We were unable to assign an instance to you. Please retry now."

 

It has been happening for more than 1 month now.

 

Can anyone please help with this?

This is a known issue, and there’s no support on PDI, so we can’t just wait around.
