Hi
I want to hide the Workspaces menu at the top of the screen, so I want to update the Unified Navigation Menu (sys_polaris_menu_config) table,
but I get a warning that it's not recommended.
Is there a way to do this other than not updating this record?
Also, are there any risks associated with updating it?

the records in that table are OOTB and hence it's recommended not to update
If you wish to hide Workspaces etc as per customer requirement then you can inform customer about this risk and proceed.
Without updating the record no other way to hide that

@Ankur Bawiskar
Thank you.
Can I ask you one thing?
What happens if I update an OOTB record?
Will it be overwritten or deleted during a patch or upgrade?
Or will it be treated as a customization and the update will be skipped?
