What time does ServiceNow Backup Production Instance ?

HI Team,

We have the London Patch 2 version upgrade scheduled on our production instance for tomorrow 14th December at 3:45 PM IST.

The reason we opened this ticket is to get to know till when ServiceNow will store the backup ?
Need this information because in an extreme case if we want to restore, we need to know till when or what date time the backup will be stored by ServiceNow.

For instance support, hi.service-now.com would be best place to ask your query.

Servicenow says below about timings

Backups for a specific instance do not run on a set schedule and the time of backup is not guaranteed. The system finds the best time for backups within a 24-hour period and customers cannot modify that time.
