When I export to PDF, the exported file recently started automatically opening (since last month). Is there a way to control that behavior? It also opening in Adobe reader, when my default app for PDFs on my laptop is Fox-it. Can the app used to open PDFs be configured in ServiceNow? Any help is appreciated.

This is not related to ServiceNow configuration, check your browser settings
