One of my customers is on Utah. We started today upgrading the first environment to Washington DC, and all should be finished next week (yes 1 week 😁). Though logging in to ServiceNow Support...
I clicked "All instances" and on the Instance Dashboard page the is for them immediately a note about "2023 Utah End of Life Upgrade". Checking that page, very interesting... a lot of communication visible. With notes about ServiceNow scheduling the Upgrade (+ what Paige mentioned, you can reschedule), notes that ServiceNow send 30 days, 60 days and even 90 days in advance. So lots of communication and well on time (I just don't receive that since I'm on a different team for the customer).
