WorkSpace Breadcumbs are not visible

In Environment ,Social and Governance (ESG) Workspace I am using Breadcrumb App Shell  app Shell and it provides us a breadcrumb . After the latest plugin update breadcrumb are not visible . While looking into the issue I have Checked that one record is present in sys_extension_instance table which is responsible for breadcrumb visiblity . Making it inactive make breadcrumb visible but not properly . How can I fix it .

What do you mean with 'makes it visible put not properly'? 

Since it's related to an update of the plugin, log a case with NowSupport. Maybe it's a defect they are already aware of and it will save you a lot of headaches to get it fixed.

It's a Known defect and the fix has been suggested under "PRB1739565".

This consists of an update set, please apply it and you are all set.

Since you are an ServiceNow employee, if you don't see the update set, ping to the person you was working on this PRB, you will het it.
