xanadu Features related to fulfillers

Hi Folks , 

I am upgrading my instance from Washington DC to Xanadu.
I was reading the release notes and couldn't find any good feature for fulfiller to use.

Only found this - 

  • New Theme can be introduced for ServiceNow instances
  • Refresh option for application navigation.

    Please share some insights if someone has recently upgraded or have any idea about some features we will get upgrading from Washington DC to Xanadu.

Can you tell me what exactly you are looking for your fulfillers? is it related to UI or automation?

Its ok , actually i was looking for features , only related to fulfiller so that i can present during upgrade.Majorly i found this only ,
