Walk-up visits items appears only Zurich upgrade instance

Hi @Soma Nadarajah 

 

First try again in incognito window/private browser just to check if it is related cache issue.

If not solved ,

Repair plugin -> "Employee Center" (sn_ex_sp) plugin

Hi @Soma Nadarajah 

Try repairing the ESC portal and Walk-Up plugin, and make sure you have at least one Walk-Up preview available.

This solution works for one environment but not worked for other env

 

sn_ex_sp_activity_configuration_list table need to deactivate "Walk-up visits
