Good Afternoon HighED ServiceNow Peers,

We've been working with ServiceNow on creating a formal Higher Ed SIG - similar to ones they have created for other verticals, including Healthcare. The goals of this new group are shared below, and includes formal membership and buy-in from ServiceNow HighEd Leadership. We hope this group can help inform future Higher-Ed specific events and meetups. The goal to start is to gain membership and engagement, but we recognize we may need to create regional spin offs if we grow so large.

• Bring together Higher Education technology leaders who are leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
• Share how they are leveraging ServiceNow in their environment
• Discuss problems and solutions related to Higher Education specific challenges
• Solicit feedback and guidance on ServiceNow implementation
• Leverage ServiceNow product and solution experts
• Enable the ServiceNow team better understand breadth and depth of Higher Education ServiceNow use cases
• Discuss and share technical, architecture, taxonomy, and governance considerations for supporting the enterprise

We are hoping to schedule our first Webinar in November, and look forward to work with members of the group on interesting topics and dates. For the time being, we are leveraging LinkedIn for groups and communications.
