Session Title: Rapid Response: How UCLA Health Leveraged HRSD to Support its Employees During the Devastating Los Angeles Wildfires

Session Description: When the catastrophic Los Angeles wildfires impacted UCLA Health employees, the organization transformed crisis into compassionate action through its ServiceNow employee portal. In this session, learn how UCLA Health utilized ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to rapidly deploy multiple HR services to support employees through the devastating wildfires that decimated Los Angeles communities. UCLA Health had over 100 employees lose their homes in the wildfires and needed to act fast to support these employees along with other employees impacted by the wildfires. UCLA Health was able to deploy four new HR services to support wildfire victims in desperate need and deploy these services in a matter of hours and days, not weeks or months. This session demonstrates how UCLA Health implemented a high tech / high touch solution which served as a lifeline for employees when they needed organizational support the most.

Look forward to seeing you there!
