Meet our 2026-27 ServiceNow University Campus Leaders
Each year, students from our Campus Leaders program take on the task of bringing ServiceNow skills to their own campuses. This year's class of Campus Leaders spans the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Campus Leaders run the info sessions, club events, and tabling activities that introduce their classmates to ServiceNow University courseware, hands-on lab instances, and certifications, all at no cost to the student or the institution. They're often the reason a student who's never heard of ServiceNow ends up certified and job-ready.
Campus Leaders are one piece of ServiceNow's investment in Higher Education
The program sits inside a larger Academic Partnerships effort that's now live at 150+ institutions worldwide, working toward skilling 85,000+ learners in 2026. Campus Leaders drive peer-to-peer engagement, but the work goes well beyond that:
- Student IT Employee Program - Working with ServiceNow HiEd customer platform teams to help onboard and skill their student employees with ServiceNow University courses and certifications for long-term retention, backlog support, and student growth.
- Curriculum - ServiceNow University courseware embedded directly into degree programs, so students learn on the same platform used by IT teams at companies around the world.
- Continuing education - Courses and certifications available to learners well past a single semester or a single class.
- Practicum & capstone work - Hands-on projects that put ServiceNow skills to work on real problems before graduation.
- Externships - Structured, short-term experience with ServiceNow itself for students ready to go deeper.
These programs are how we're building ServiceNow skills at scale across thousands of students in partnership with academia.
