We are very pleased to announce the development of the new ServiceNow Higher Education User Group and our first virtual SNUG! We are looking to Wednesday, February 16 (confirmed date to follow) and are developing the following agenda:

• Hands-on workshop: 2 hours for sharing best practices and networking opportunities. Potential topics include:
• • App Engine Workshop
  • Creator Workflow Workshop
  • Student Developer/Citizen Developer Program Workshop
• Break
• SNUG event: 3 hours
• • Topics to be determined based on speaker availability

Hello SNUG members!

I want to give an update on our plans for the upcoming SNUG meeting in February.

This will be a kick-off meeting for our *new* Higher Education Virtual SNUG. We are engaging with Higher Ed institutions across the US and we are excited with the interest in this new group by our members.

We are still working to refine our agenda for this inaugural event. For planning purposes, I can provide you with the tentative timing of the event so you can save the date on your calendars!
