We have confirmed Wednesday, March 23 as the date for our first virtual ServiceNow Higher Education User Group. This virtual SNUG will take place from 11:00 AM ET – 1:00 PM ET, with an optional hands-on workshop taking place from 1:30 PM ET – 3:30 PM ET. Below is the tentative agenda.
