I have similar issues in Helsinki Patch 4, but on my Dev Instance with Istanbul it works as expected. Whats your version? Maybe the patch will fix the issue, we have it in a week. Or did you get your issue solved?
Hi Brad,do I understand it correct - GlideappCatalogItem.get('catalog item sys_id').canView() will evaluate the Catalog Item's User Criteria against logged-in User? I just dont see where I can pass the user as parameter.Yevgeniy
