I just upgraded to Paris and I am trying to retrieve an update set from DEV to PROD and I'm getting the following error.

Thank you @Harshvardhan ... I logged in with local accounts on both instances and get the same result. Unfortunately, I have not been given security admin so cannot grant it to the local accounts. Any other suggestions?
Thanks again @abhijitkhewale . I found that one as well. I ensured the company listed on the user record was active and both instances are on the same version, confirmed through HI
Thanks @abhijitkhewale .... On my original post I said that I had checked the account and password so I'm not sure why it's not letting me retrieve them.
