Hi , Anyone Can explain me what this "from" field will do Will it send mail under name that mail ID instead of ServiceNow Mail ID 

I am also facing same issue with my instance : https://dev87872.service-now.com/ kindly request you solve this issue ASAP. 

my PDI instance dev87872.service-now.com is unable to wakeup it is in offline .I have some project use case to do .can you tell me approximate time when you solve it.
