Offline PDI

  There have been multiple posts/Questions about PDI going offline.Unfortunatly there is no resolution for that as of now. Its a Known issue these days. Instance help is no longer monitored by servicenow anymore.None of the solutions are working now....

Please do NOT release PDI, just because it is OFFLINE now!

Hello, Something is wrong in PDIs, and almost all PDIs seems to be offline.However please never release your PDI.As shown in the figure below, it is NOT possible to request a NEW PDI. I'm posting this to prevent more victims like me.Thanks,
