Did anyone figure out a way to link back to a CHG record using the CHG number instead of the SYS_ID?change_request.do?sys_id=b33165e76f9a15005ad5ad72be3ee47bchange_request.do?number=CHG1000 does not load the intended page.Anyone?

add this code using HTML editor<a name="AnchorName "></a>then in URL use/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0010009#AnchorName

Anchors are supported in TinyMCE, but the plugin seems to be disabled by default. Ask your admin to enable it.http://web.unc.edu/support/what-anchors-are-and-how-to-use-them-tinymce/
