ATF Set Variable Values (SP) returns an error for certain variables

When creating a new ATF test step, Set Variable Values (SP) for some variables I get this error:This does not happen with all variables. I cannot figure out what is different. Has anybody seen this error before?Thanks, Joe

The catalog item works fine. Most of the variables are okay to set in the test step, just two mandatory variables are causing this error.
