Can we make Portal pages from sp_page table searchable in AI Search

For how many days are the Email Logs stored in the system?

I can see the email logs for last 60 days in the instance. Is this a constant value in ServiceNow or is there a property in the system where we can change this behavior to be 30 days or so?
