We have set it up so even flags are creating a Knowledge Feedback Task.This way we can automatically assign the KFT to the ownership group if the article is flagged. We are handling flagged articles as any feedback through KFTs.
Yes, this is how it looks OOTB and was also our reaction, how can this be KCS?We ended up added the same Edit and Flag buttons so the UFFA flow could be applied.

We are using the above suggestion for now but have a need to apply standard formatting across all pre-sets as well.
This is something we are looking for as well.
We have already set the default to Verdana 10 according to above link, but we need to be able to set all the presets as well, like Heading 1, 2, 3 and so on...
I can answer for Tommy since we just handled it. We actually put the Flag and Edit buttons on the related search "viewer" of the article as a customization. So no we can do Fix and Flag in that workflow
